Inquiry: Disable Staus Bar on Lockscreen

Hi everyone! Is there an option to disable my Notification/Status Bar when my screen is locked? When my old phone was stolen, I wanted to prevent thieves by making it hard for them to switch to airplane mode quickly and give me time to at least locate it. Thanks for responding.
