Jaxson Dart & Will Howard Draft?

This is an understanding the draft and prospects question, as I am very confused how college players are looked at. Both of these guys have a similar build and stats in their last two seasons as Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders.

While both Ward and Sanders are being looked at as top 10 picks. Both of these guys are seen as round 3 and beyond picks. Can someone please explain to me why???
