What's the fucking point?

What's the fucking point of the event if every team I face is 10k and Im at 3.5k. I can't get rebounds I cant dribble since they just steal the ball everytime and my pick is shit and useless they nothing happens and I dont have good shooters because you can get them via events and I can't play events.
