Was given 10 days moxi , is it enough ?

Positive for MGen was given 10 days doxi . I’m from the EU and that’s the guidance . But seems like CDC says pre treat with doxi. What’s the success rate of just doxi alone ? Is it much different to pre treatment. Shall I get doxy and start taking it now ?
