Electronic Repair

I have a beard trimmer that's outside warranty and has decided to stop working. Since the lights do turn on, I imagine it is a small motor issue.

Two questions: 1) is there any place that repairs small electronics? 2) is it even worth it to repair it? (Original cost at around 30 euros)
