Hey everyone! I'm currently developing an app to support combat athletes with weight-cutting, especially focusing on water-cutting and post-weigh-in rehydration. As a fighter myself, I've witnessed many amateurs struggle with weight-cutting, which often leaves them less than their best when it's time to fight. I'm committed to changing that. I'm working closely with nutritionists to design effective diet plans to make this process healthier and more efficient.
