What movie/scene is so unbelievably insane, intense, or scary it makes you forget its a movie?

For an example: I’d say the church fire scene from outsiders, where they save the kids

As it just gets crazier and crazier, the kids crying, the music and johnny’s scream bro... it actually hit me too hard for a minute.

They never deserved any of the terrible stuff that happened to them (pony and johnny) But i guess thats just the way life goes, nothing stays gold

Edit: also from another one of my all time favorite movies American History X (there are countless unbelievable scenes) but one that really disturbs me is the raid/destruction of the grocery store scene. The hypocrisy this movie lays put before you is mind-boggling. And even more disturbing when you realize there are unfortunately many people in this world who think like this/think this is okay
