“Error - failed to cancel account”

I have had it.

MoviePass is preventing me from cancelling my account. When I try, I get: “Error - failed to cancel account.” See here: https://imgur.com/PQjCggA

I tried contacting support through the app but it completely disregards my cancellation message and instead ends the conversation taking about the current outage.
