Razer Naga X - What almost identical alternatives are there?

I used to use the Naga Trinity and now I have switched to the Naga X for several years and I love this mouse because it is ideal for my hand and ideal for MMO like WoW and FFXIV. However, I see that this mouse (Naga X) is more difficult or almost impossible to buy. So unfortunately I am forced to look for alternatives and I ask here in this subreddit if you know some very good alternatives that could replace the Naga X.

I am an absolute fan of the hand feel and the side buttons. The flat side buttons are great, but the buttons of some Aliexpress mice that still run so crosswise are a pain to use.
