Precon appraisal came in very low

Purchase price: $1.5M

Deposit paid: $150K

Appraisal from RBC came in at $1.3M

Is it possible to get a loan for the full amount as the appraised value ?

Any other options that I should try to explore? Thanks in advance

Edit: This is for a 4 bed 3 bath, 3000 sq ft townhome in the Joshua Creek development in Oakville Ontario.
