Where should I go?

I know there’s the flying wizard (who I actually still haven’t encountered) but I’m hoping that some people could, without spoilers, point me to some areas where I can encounter some of the fun and wacky things Tamriel has to offer us. Just lookin for a nudge in a fun direction!
