best OLED tablet for streaming in home?

I have an Intel i5 9400 rtx 4060 gaming pc upstairs, ethernet hard wired to router. I would like to have an inexpensive OLED tablet good for moonlight streaming from my PC. Are there any tablets that are affordable and have the decoding and networking chops to do this well?
