I know its not a monstera but.... what is this?

Random plant i found (i have worked out it is some variety of philodendron) in my backyard 13 years ago when we moved in. I had to tame the jungle of a back yard. I found this plant.stuffed under another big bush. Im guessing it started out as an indoor plant and then outgrew its welcome and was shoved outside. Anyway, in the last two years it has started growing these banana looking things. What are they? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
