Can anyone tell me my results please?

Got diagnosed with mono in early august had a severe sore throat head ache and fever that lasted for 2 weeks. Felt fine since then until last week I started getting head pressure, feeling off weakness in legs, and brain fog/dizziness. Got blood work done 2 days ago and need help understanding these results.
