Mono lead to being paralyzed?

I’m 21F and I caught mono after having Covid over a year and a half ago. I have very very bad health anxiety so when I got mono it made me spiral really bad. I started having crazy body sensations and I was terrified of getting MS because I read alot of people with MS had mono before and it kinda caused them to get it. I got a brain MRI over a year ago and it was fine but I now want another. I feel like im having random numbness in my arm or legs and cramps! Last night I woke up with a fuzzy lower arm possibly from laying on it and once I got the fuzz to stop it then kinda felt like my upper arm might be numb. Or I’ll feel like a part of my leg is numb and going to shut down. Right now my left leg has a cramp. I was JUST on tiktok and I saw a post of a guy with ME/CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) from long covid and he was legit PARALYZED. Apparently you can get ME/CFS from mono as well and now I’m freaking out that I’m going paralyzed slowly.
