I have $8K and no bills

I’m a 20 year old and I have roughly $8,000 and I would like some advice on anything I can do to increase my income. I have lost a lot of money taking unnecessary risks and trusting people but I have gotten over that and I’m more focused now. I currently have my own clothing brand, manage my grandmas rental property, and do a couple of other things that can bring me about $1,000 a month. I’m also about to start a new job that will bring me another $1,000 a month. I’m also in college for business management but I know that degree isn’t going to give me that much money. I’m looking for new hustles, investments, businesses, advice, or anything else that I can do to bring me more money.
