WHY IS THERE SO MUCH TRAFFIC FROM TURLOCK TO MODESTO

It makes me literally want to RIP MY HAIR OUT. It should take 20 min max but tell me why in the morning it takes 50 min!!!! It’s outrageous. How BAD OF DRIVERS ARE YOU ALL. HOLY F. It’s unbelievable. There literally used to never be this bad of traffic.
