Dodging matches should be banned

Do you ever have a long day and you want to play some ranked games to reach the mythic because you don’t have time to grind like most people?

Then after waiting to be queued up and ban/draft phase, you only see that enemy team is picking mm/mages because of idiots who refuse to play any other role? I know you can only dodge a match once a week, but what about the players who already had their matches dodged multiple times?

I wanted to play some ranked games yesterday, then twice the enemies dodged and I just lost the energy to play for the day. I just wanted to play rank again, only to get another match dodged?

40 protection points are okay, but not enough because this is getting annoying.
