Our number 1 enemy: high ping is back!

I never thought I'd have to complain about lag issues on ml after 3-4 years when the lag issue was one of the most reported and commonly faced by people back in the day, and now it seems to be making its round back Not only on SEA server but the NA server and especially during the beginning of the season, making it more frustrating. Please fix it asap
