What is the most efficient way to get Netherite in late game

I just died in the void, so absolutely all of my netherite armor and tools are gone.

I am very late game in my survival world, and I have so many diamonds that I don't know what to do with them. The bed explosion method seems inefficient if I can afford to make endless pickaxes with max efficiency enchants (I have an enderman EX farm) should I just start mining or what?
