Opening Build Menu in Shire style buildings crashing game

I'm on a Valhelsia 5 server with my friends on 5.0.14a and whenever I try to open the build menu for a warehouse or a barracks with the Shire type it crases the game and gives me a crash menu. I was able to build a Minecolonies style warehouse though. Just not Shire
I'd really love to do a town all in the Shire format but these particular buildings crashing my game is making that hard, is there a fix that doesn't involve changing the server version? We don't want to lose all our work again
