Help reading compression test results!

Hello! I was recently fortunate enough to bring home a ‘95 miata! After bringing her home and driving her around for a week, I managed to get around to some basic maintenance and upkeep. At one point in the week I had the car turn on and struggle to get idle before evening out. Suspecting something was wrong, I was advised to get a compression test done, so I did one myself and found that compression resulted as follows:

Cylinder 1: 180 Cylinder 2: 155 Cylinder 3: 170 Cylinder 4: 180

What strikes me as strange is that the car hasn’t been behaving erratically at all aside from the one time startup. Aside from an external oil leak here and there, I was told that the engine was relatively clear of issue by the mechanic I took her to for inspection. Could this be a bad head gasket or may it point to other issues?
