Does MP recovery stack?

I am running the healer class on Junah and her current weapon has Medium MP recovery every turn in battle. I also just unlocked the 4th inheritance slot for the Healer class and wanted to add the passive that grants medium MP recovery in battle. Do they stack or should I inherit a different skill?
