Why is Seeker so ass?
So I know it's a bit of meme that your starting persona/demon is utterly useless and needs to be fused away imidietly. That's fine since that teaches you the mechanic and how you csn't sit on the same persona/demon for too long and expect an easy time.
But why is the starting archetype in this game so bad?
Context: I finished the first main dungeon and am currently in the middle of what I assume is rexruiting the next party member.
In the demo I went with a str build and ended up with 2 warriors on the team becouse seeker doesn't lesrn any physical skills until like really high level (for early game) 9 or 11. In the main release I went for a maguc build instead so I just stuck to Mage and Healer mostly only switching in that one optional dungeon's boss fight that hates those classes. Now I'm leveling up Seeker and I see so little reason to actualy do so pragmatically. On ,16 you get a medium damage spell and that's probably the best thing to inherit from it, Str builds wanna go Warrior or Brawler, Int: Mage and Healer, End: Knight, Agi: Gunner, Luck: Merchant.
Am I missing something? I just don't understand why would you make the starting "Versitile" archetype so inflexible as it lacks an early physical skill and just generally not do anything well if you can't fuse it away.
