Albums with the best flow/structure?

Just saw the post about Whitechapel's new album and somebody raised this topic. I think it's incredibly important for a good album to have a good flow and structure and it significantly improves overall listening experience. I was just blown away with Tsunami Sea, and also included some of my other favorites would praise highly in that regard.

By best flow/structure, I mean: - Strong opener that grabs your attention and sets tone for the album - Great, logical and (nearly) seemless flow from song to song - Strong closer that leaves you thinking about the album and processing your emotions - The tracks tell a shared story, describe a shared universe, concept, etc.

What are some of the albums you can think of?
