Ugh what now?
I know we’ve been seeing a lot of these lately and this is probably one of my worst…I dropped their package at usps on 2/5 but didn’t realize it wasn’t scanned on my ticket. I called Friday after it was still just showing label created. They told me to “give it time.” On 2/10, there was still no movement on the package, still sitting at label created. So I submitted an inquiry. The inquiry goes to the receiving post office so they immediately close it with no communication. 2/11 it finally shows as “usps in possession” so of course, it looks like I didn’t drop it until then. Now 2/13 it’s still is in my hometown distribution center. I’ve been trying to communicate with the buyer and today, they said they hope it comes before their trip 😩 I hate that we have no control over this and can’t help but feel this will be my 5 star breaker. With it being 8 days since drop off, the package should be to her, if not at least in her state…Texas to Florida, so I don’t think weather delays would be an excuse.
