Google Ads - Botox

There's like 1,000 threads on this, but I recently had a conversation with a marketing company that successfully promotes medpa's and specifically with Botox verbiage. The latest info I have is that you need to get some greenlight from Allergan, provide it to Google, then they whitelist your website to have Botox verbiage on it. Thoughts? Has anyone done this successfully? If so, who/what do you ask Allergan for?
