Stripped brake line nut

Still learning here.

99 ford ranger rear brake line attaches to the inner part of the hub/drum.

The nut going into the hub/drum is stripped. As a quick fix, i tightened the life out of it hoping that would fix it from unthreading again & leaking brake fluid.

I still have a solid foot worth of extra brake cable attached, is it possible to remove the stripped nut & replace it - if so, how? Youtube hasn’t been much help.. maybe im wording it wrong.
