Afternoon/Night Off before Practice FLs?

Hey ya'll - longtime follower, first-time poster!

I've been able to find 99% of the questions that I've wanted to ask, but haven't seen any full posts about the day before practice FLs. I'm testing May 23rd, have 4 Kaplan FLs under my belt and now going into full-time study crunchtime. Taking the AAMC unscored FL tomorrow.

The night/day before practice FLs, did you take it easier/finish studying earlier? Sounds like the day before the actual MCAT to go easy, but haven't seen anything regarding the day before practice ones.

EDIT: for those reading this in the future, I ended up going easy the day before (studied 2-3 hours less) and then took the rest of day off after completing the practice FL, I was too tired. Marathon, not a sprint.
