I love lasher, please help

I plan on getting namora in the spotlight soon which I think would be a great addition, but I’m curious what else I could do to improve a buff deck like this?

I do not have gwenpool, phastos or zabu.

Elsa feels incredibly weak and limiting so I put gladiator in but I don’t love that either.

My question with namora; if she buffs someone like captain marvel, would that card be permanently buffed even if it moves to a location with other cards?
