How to help a husband who drinks too much

Any advice on what to do/say to my husband? I have had a conversation about his drinking maybe a half a dozen times, things will be better for a week and then he’s back to getting drunk 3-4 times a week. I tell him to want him to grow old with me and this lifestyle isn’t sustainable. But nothing changes.
