Tangyoon restaurant bug?

Just tried to do the tangyoon restaurant after the maintenance ended. I tried the quick party and it made us forfeit because it said one of us was inactive (even though we were all doing something). I tried to enter in solo and then it said I was inactive and then it made me forfeit. Anyone else having this bug?

Edit: Nexon knows it's broken and it's stated in the completed maintenance patch notes.
