[Advice Wanted] Good Chapstick for Dry Winter?

I started a new job and I've noticed being out more my lips get dry/chapped VERY easily (Also don't help I live in Alberta).

Looking for chapstick recs for extra dry lips (and bonus if it has SPF)

I don't want to spend like $34218423 on something, but if it both hydrates and sunscreens, I will pay a bit more for it.

Some notes:

• Stores near me: Sephora, Shoppers, RCSS

• Skin tone: Neutral

• Skin type: Combo (very dry in winter, hella oily in summer)

• Why?: Spending more time outside, want a more reliable chapstick/lip cream. It doesn't need to be tinted/flavoured, but not against it having that

• Additional info: In the past, I've used: Eos stick, Nivea, Rocky Mountain Soap Company. I am okay with a squeeze tube or a stick, would prefer NOT pot-style/something I need to use my fingers to add regularly

• Budget: Drugstore/Mid-High End

• Makeup Experience: Intermediate
