Progress from December 5th to now

19yo male, started December 5th at 205. I am currently sitting at 198. My question is can I lose weight at the same rate with these high protein intakes? My diet consists of protein shakes 3 a day (sometimes 4), sausage and peppers and basically just high protein food and recipes. Do yall think this is sustainable? I'm trying to eat enough protein that I can hold onto more muscle during this diet (and get stronger still), but im wondering if this is excessive.
