Anyone having an issue where scrolling is Jittery?

Hi All, Hope you're doing well.

I have a M4 Pro that I got a few weeks ago and I’ve loved the display and the Mac, but whenever I scroll on, let's say Edge, Safari, anything like that, it is jittery and not smooth at all. Firefox is the only browser that gives me some smooth scrolling, but overall it is so jittery and laggy.

Just asking to see if anyone else is having the same issue or if it is just me.
