How to remove an app from "allow in background"

I looked inside the ~ /Library/LaunchAgents, /Library/LaunchAgents, and /Library/LaunchDaemons but I couldn't locate the plist. I have already uninstalled the app and all files related to it (using Find Any File app) but the background item still exists in the settings.
