[Profile Review] Suggestions Please

Hi everyone! I am an international student applying for Fall 2025 in the US. My profile:

• CGPA: 3.52/4
• Research: Did one directed research semester at university and published a conference paper in ML.
• GRE: Not given
• TOEFL: 98

I have already applied to Illinois Tech, University of Virginia, and UCSD. I am working on my application for TAMU but I wanted to know if I am better off applying elsewhere since they have a very high application fee and I also did not take GRE.

As for safe universities I am planning to apply to UC Denver and one of these Cal Poly SLO/ CSU Long Beach/ SDSU. Which of these three would you guys recommend? TIA
