Is X-23 a variant?

In Deadpool and Wolverine I’d say it’s convincingly made out that Laura is the same version we saw from Logan. The film is referenced heavily and specifically in question to Laura and her past (“I got to grow up because of you”). If this is the case then why is she in the void? She’s from the 10005 timeline and that isn’t getting pruned yet… if she is a variant then by her being at Wade’s apartment at the end suggests there’s now two Laura’s in that timeline which I don’t see the TVA allowing. Is this an oversight? I’m sure an explanation can be written going forward but seems like a plot hole for the time being
