Best tests for MCAS cause

Can anybody recommend tests/labs that can be run to check for the root cause of MCAS? I'm UK based where this is not even recognised so this will be difficult to do through the NHS.

Would genetic tests tell me anything? What about tests for gut dysbiosis...where do I start?
