Do Schools (Honestly) Aggregate Test Scores?

Going through this process, I can't help but wonder if schools combine multiple test scores and consider that as your "score" when aggregating all the admitted GRE/GMAT scores they received, even if they'll never admit it.

Does anyone else feel this way?
