Stuck at Press L+R megathread + possible solution
My friends and I just had this happen to us:
You launch the game, tell it how many people are playing, press l+r skip the cutscene successfully, but then it doesn't work to get past the main title screen. Here are a few examples of it happening to other people:

It was a little disheartening to find that most of the replies either assume OP doesn't know how buttons work or haven't yet figured out how to read the screen, but what I found fixed the issue was just... continuing to try. Tried it over and over, restarted the switch once (which didn't fix it), continued to **just keep trying,** and eventually it worked. Hope this helps lol, and any other suggestions are welcome for people with this problem in the future like me, so they don't go finding these threads with no solutions
