Best Loop Earplugs for Autistic person

Hi all, I have autism and misophonia and I struggle with most noises sounding sharp and abrasive, I also struggle with multiple layers of sound and filtering them out. I’d like a pair which filters most noises into a calmer manner whilst not muting conversations to the point where I cannot hear what is being said - I hope this makes sense, thank you!
