Stupid Question about G733 headset - can I program an on-screen mute indicator?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this, but I got G733 headset recently and as much as I like it I prefer using my wired G432 because it is flip-to-mute. I kind of hate the mute on G733 because the indication that it's muted or not is not very obvious. Sometimes my game or voice chat is too loud to hear whether I heard the "mute" or "unmute" sound (and I've read to really figure out which is which) so I just have to tap my microphone to see if I get any sound indicators.

Is there any way I could do something to make it more obvious which state my headset is in? Sorry if this is a stupid question. Thanks.
