ROCM update gone wrong - Ollama gone crazy

I am seeking help before I reformat my SSD and reinstall Linux.

I tried upgrading my ROCM package from 6.2.2 to 6.3 and afterwards, ollama started giving crazy responses.

I tried rolling back and the problem persisted. Here's an example. To a Hello prompt, I get the following text (model is llama3.3):
