Looking for sapphic books with fear as a primary emotion

I’m looking for books where the fmc is justifiably scared or majorly embattled by something for most of the runtime. The love interest can either be the source of the fear or another person going through the same traumatic situation. Does anyone have recommendations for books like this?

Other preferences: * I looove books that are genuinely unsettling to read * I’m fairly neutral about spice, tho I’d prefer for it not to get in the way of the plot
