Beeping sounds

My lenovo legion 5 pro suddenly started giving beeping sounds

laptop starts and works fine but it gives continuous sound like a notification every like 10 seconds ... i turned off notifcations settings and it still beeps .. and the sound disapears after muting the sound off .
