Deleted Lego Batman brick film

So… there was an old Lego Batman brick film on YouTube. I think it was called “no man’s land” and it had Joker with that big exo-force hairpiece as the thumbnail. The only other thing I know was that joker infected Gotham and I believe all his victims had the transparent green joker bomb head. Anyone know the publisher of the video or where I can find it???
