In need of a software or something

Hello!

I've been searching for few hours but I'm still not sure if I'm on the right track.

As of now, I've seen few CRMs and I'm not even sure if that's the thing I need, I'm kinda lost.

Here's the problem I need solving, it's actually quite simple but I can't find solution.

I've got sites with forms that generate leads that get sent to my email.

It's a basic form, name and number.

Now, what I need is to get these leads on a website (I can self host it or pay for the service if it exists) and basically I would need to manually assign these leads to employee of my choice, or even have all leads in one place and then employees can pick any lead they want and start working on it, but first option is more preferable.

Now after they call these numbers they should be able to provide feedback, sold or not, how many packages are sold etc.

I mean there must be something that exists for this type of thing, but I still can't find exactly what I'm looking for.
