How to watch 4K , BluRay movies on LG C3

Hello everyone Just got the lg 65 c3 and it’s awesome Was wondering how you guys use it to watch Media? Specially 4K , Blu Ray movies Do you use external players? I have macbook pro 2021 , maybe using a decent hdmi cable will be enough and use it for media player? I tried using Jellyfin server but on huge files it hangs Like 50GB+ Thanks in advance
