Add on help.

New to Koodo, trying to understand their self serve stuff.

In the add on page, it lists a bunch of stuff under my add on with a cost of $0. Including easy roam, international data roaming.. etc. What does this mean? Is it $0 monthly and it is pay per use, or is it no charge if I use.
